# Take profit/Stop loss

This feature allows users to set a point to TP (take in profit) or SL(stop loss).

**Please note that not all pool supports the TP/SL functions.**

Users are also allowed to cancel the position at any time as KillSwitch has developed an automated system to facilitate the issuing of orders based on user presets.

By referring to the price from **Chainlink**, the system will automatically withdraw as **$BUSD** (stable coin) instantly when the price reaches the setpoint without having to monitor the screens.

## When to Take Profit or Stop Loss?

**Take Profit (TP)** when the price is equal to or higher than the price set, TP Bot will Withdraw LP and convert it back to BUSD to the investor's wallet.

**Stop Loss (SL)** when the price is equal to or lower than the price set SL Bot will Withdraw LP and convert it back to BUSD to the investor's wallet.

### **Privilege for KSW holders**

**Holds 500 KSW** can use the Take Profit/Stop Loss feature.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://killswitchofficial.gitbook.io/killswitch/feature/stop-loss-take-profit.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
